Logon Warning Messages

The browser you are using is not supported
Forcepoint Security Manager is certified with the following browsers:
- Firefox 4.x and later
- Chrome 13 and later
- Internet Explorer 10 and 11 (excluding Compatibility View)
- Edge
If you have another browser version, unexpected behavior may result.
Forcepoint security certificate is required
If your browser displays a certificate error when you connect to the Security Manager, install the certificate to resolve this issue.
The URL you entered contains a hostname with an underscore character. Underscores are not supported by your browser.

Temporary password sent

If you have entered a valid user name and email address, a temporary password will be sent to that email address.

The password is valid for 30 minutes. Log onto the system within that period, and you'll be prompted to enter a new password.

If you do not receive your temporary password, consult a Global Security Administrator.

Please note that only Global Security Administrator can receive a temporary password. Other administrators must sign in with Single Sign-On or contact the Identity Provider Administrator to reset their password.

Install Security Certificate

Install the Security Manager certificate to end browser certificate warnings.

Until you accept the certificate, the browser will display a warning message every time you connect, and when you navigate to certain parts of the application.

The browser you are using is not supported

Most features in the Security Manager support Internet Explorer 8.

To turn off Compatibility View for this application, click the Compatibility View button (between the URL field and the Refresh button) in the address bar.
